The Middle Way, Zen
The way of Zen is sometimes called the middle way, a way of being here and now. Zen emphasizes the practice of repetition through meditation. Because it is the middle way Zen tells us to not be too idealistic or to say it another way, don’t spend to much time on the fringes of thinking and actions. Watch yourself and keep the concentration on our usual everyday routine. Try to be calm and balanced by meditating daily watching our breath come in and going out. Zen practice should not make you too busy, it is not a cult of political cause that we get all worked up about. We know what we need to move forward and find peace, listen to your inner voice.
