i am not much  of a cook i can tell yoi that right off the bat. but i am willing to learn and i want to. i prepare some simple things like i can cook meats and thats about it. i never had any interest until i got serious about eating healthy. after that i realized that i had better learn because i will not find any prepared food on the  go that you can consider healthy. i like to make sure io eat before i leave the house at all timmes. if i have to be on the road or at work i make sure that i  have prepared the food in a cooler. i  am   going to get rid of ab fat now.
