I just can’t believe what middle age is doing to me. I wiggle and jiggle in way too many places. I especially hate that my arms have become rather flabby lately. That’s a problem because it’s hot where I live, and I can’t wear long sleeves on my clothes all the time. I think I need to find out how to do some of the best arm toning exercises that will get me the best results in the least amount of time. I am not really into exercising for the fun of it, and I hate to join a gym and spend all that money. Maybe I can work on my problem at home.
