Getting a Letter Telling me I am Preapproved for a Mortgage
The other day I received a notice from my bank telling me that I was preapproved for a mortgage. Since I had no idea that I would qualify for such a loan, I was excited to receive this letter. After I read it over I decided that I would look at some houses that were for sale just for fun. While I was looking through the real estate listings, I found a house that I loved so I called the realtor who had listed it for sale and now I have an appointment to go take a look at it sometime next week.
