Everett, Washington is a beautiful city located in the northeast of Washington State. There are some advantages to living in this city… but also some disadvantages.
First of all, new homes for sale in Everett Washington can be big, beautiful and luxurious.. but they’re also going to be a tad bit expensive. A single family 3 bedroom home can run around $300,000.
The weather can also be a positive or negative thing for individuals. Remember that Everett is located near Seattle… which gets a lot of rainfall per year. If you enjoy rainy, gloomy weather for about 10 months of the year, the remaining two months during the summer are absolutely gorgeous.
And lastly, the kind of culture and lifestyle in Everett mimics the Seattle and West Coast “relaxed” kind of attitude. This is drastically different from the “always on the go” East Coast attitude.
